We’ve had a million conversations about our back pain, bad knees, and bad dates. I feel like I can tell you anything at this point. But some things are a little harder to talk about. That’s why I’m sending you this note.
I‘ve been going through menopause for a while now. It’s a huge part of my life these days, and I feel as though this is something we should be able to talk about together.
Since I’ve been doing so much research about what’s going on with me, I wanted to finally share some of what I’ve learned with you.
I’ve learned how serious, isolating, and common the sexual health side effects of menopause can be. I don’t want to assume anything, but we are around the same age, and I suspect you might be going through some of this too.
