Office Hours

  • Office Hours are very helpful. The information that I learn helps me have meaningful conversations with my doctor, my spouse, and my daughter.

  • This monthly gathering allows us all to be not only better informed about issues that are seldom openly discussed but opens the way for our daughters to approach menopause with greater awareness, comfort and wisdom. In reality this time is simply a shift into another valuable phase of life as women…and we’re still women after all. You are both creating an atmosphere where we continue to be seen in a society that seems to ignore us as we age though we have so much to share! Thank you for these gatherings as community is at the heart of health in so many ways.

  • This group is a wonderful, treasured community to be a part of and responsible for shifting our mental images of what it means to be female far from the images that we’ve inherited from the past. It’s a gentle yet powerful way to move mountains.

  • This is an enormously helpful gift that you give to us, the participants, thank you!
