"Got this pillow after reading great reviews and seeing professional experts weighing in on how well this changes positionally for pain. Thankfully I don't have pelvic pain, however I HAD persistent hip pains requiring repositioning and evening popping to relief pressure and pain during intercourse. Of course this repositioning and audible pop can dampen the mood. After the first try with this pillow I was amazed at how I didn't have to stop and reposition and I didn't have residual pains afterwards. "First of all, I want to praise the design quality of the Prim. The washable fabric is soft and understated in the best way, and it truly does blend in with our bed decor. After the first wash, no shrinkage or wrinkly concerns: the cover slips right back on the foam core. As far as the use, our first time was a generally positive experience. I think moreso for the penetrative partner. My wife didn’t dislike the extra lift the Prim provided, but felt it maybe was too intense at that specific moment, for all the variables that can happen with bodies and intimacy. So, our first joint experience wasn’t flawless, but we’re both willing to try again and test different positions and uses! Still, I believe the construction and design of the pillow deserve a full 5 stars."
"You don't know until you know! This little pillow has improved every position on the bed! We've tried our regular pillows, even our memory foam ones to try to find just the right angles but they always fall flat, literally. But the Prim is firm enough top support your hips, and soft enough to be comfortable between the knees. It's just a plus that it happened to perfectly match the color and texture of our current sheets! It lives on the bed, and is one throw pillow that we hesitate to throw before we lay down for bed."
